Troops of Operation UDO KA have arrested a wanted commander of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), identified as Gentle, along with eight other suspected criminals in separate operations conducted in Owerri West, Mbaitoli (Imo State), and Izzi (Ebonyi State).
The Director of Defence Media Operations, Major General Markus Kangye, made this known during the biweekly Defence Media briefing in Abuja.
Major General Kangye highlighted other recent operational successes recorded across the country and reaffirmed the Armed Forces’ commitment to safeguarding Nigeria’s territorial integrity and ensuring lasting peace and security nationwide.
