Ika South LG Delivers Alifekede Modern Market

Ika South Local Government of Delta State has virtually completed work on the Alifekede Modern Market.
The project is laced with an abattoir,a water borehole and a modern convenience.
The Chairman of the Local Government,Engr. Jerry Ehiwarior, disclosed this in an exclusive interview to mark the recent commissioning of Alihame Modern Market-and Abude Street projects.
Both multi- million naira projects were commissioned on Monday by the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, who was represented by his Deputy, Sir Monday Onyeme, FCA.
Ehiwarior said that the Alifekede Modern Market project was meant to promote commerce in a more conducive environment and also boost the local economy.
The Chairman said that the Alifekede Modern Market was already already 98 per cent completed, leaving painting as the only major work left on the project.
Ehiwarior assured that his administration remained focused on delivering quality projects for the benefit of the people of the local government area,in line with the MORE Agenda of the state of under the watch of Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori.
He, however, sought for the sustained support of the people of his administration and that of Governor Oborevwori
