Danish Military Hold Rare exercise In Greenland
Denmark has begun a rare military exercise in remote Greenland.
The exercise involves all arms of the Danish Military and is intended to prepare the military for any eventuality, in the light of the growing clandestine strategic overtures of Russia and China, both military power houses and nuclear states, in the region.
Analysts also believe that the exercise is also a decoy message to the President of America Donald Trump, who, in the early days of his second term of office, had threatened to invade and annex Greenland.
The arid region of Greenland is strategically located for great military value.
