At the event, the Chinese leader, Xi Jinping, called for a new world order, saying the choice before the global community was one between peace and war.
According to him, the world could have enduring peace and progress if the world over was more equitable, rather than the current unipolar one in which some nations bully others.
He vowed that China would not be bullied by anyone and that it would not relent from investing in its overall growth.
More than 50,000 civilians watched the parade directly in Beijing.
World leaders from India, Pakistan, Brazil, Iran, Russia, North Korea and Turkiye were at the event which dogged a summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization held in the city of Tianjin, in the East of the country.

Trump Confirms Plan To Send Troops To Chicago
American President, Donald Trump, has confirmed that he would deploy troops of the National Guard and Federal government agents to Chicago in an effort to curb what he called an unacceptable level of violent crimes in the city.
He told the press in Washington that ,in spite of the opposition of both the state government and the Mayor of the city, he would deploy the troops to help implement his migrant deportation policy.
Trump cited what he termed the spectacular success of his earlier experiment with the idea in Washington, saying it had significantly reduced the otherwise high incidence of violent crimes in the capital city of the country.
He claimed that 1,600 migrants he described as criminals, were deported in Washington, a development he said had now ensured enhanced peace and security in the strategic city.
He brushed aside the opposition to his plan for Chicago, stressing that his desire was to enhance overall security in the country.
The Mayor of Chicago, Brandon Johnson, had signed an Executive Order prohibiting the police in the city from cooperating with the National Guard Troops if Trump gives flesh to his threat to proceed with his controversial plan.

The toll is likely to increase as more and areas of the most impacted remote Eastern parts of the mountainous country are accessed.
Rescue efforts are continuing , mainly by the helicopter team, as the effects of the quake continue to unfold.
The Taliban government in Kabul has appealed to the global community for support in the wake of the deadly quake, the third to hit the poor country in the past five years.

Israel Calls Up 60,000 Reservists For Gaza City War
Israel has called up tens of thousands of reserve troops to prop up its war on Gaza.
The Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered the call up which, he said, was critical to seize and take control of the city, as well as finally defeat Hamas.
The move comes as some of the called up reservists said they would not go to what they term an illegal war.
Hundreds of the reservists have reportedly signed a letter refusing to participate in what they call a selfish war to protect the political future of Netanyahu .
Authorities of the Israeli military had warned that the campaign to seize Gaza was too risky because of its potential to endanger the lives of the participating troops and the hostages still in the custody of Hamas.
Besides, they say they fear that the war would not succeed in eliminating Hamas as Netanyahu had consistently claimed.
The war between Israel and Hamas has led to the killing of more than 62,000 Palestinians and the injury to more than 120, 000 others.
Israel, on its part, said it has lost nearly 900 troops, and that some 3,000 were injured.

Trump Dubs China Summit Anti- America
The President of America, Donald Trump, has dubbed the China meeting of 26 world leaders as anti- American conspiracy.
The leaders, at the instance of China, had met in Beijing to address global issues, including the necessity for a new world order in which mutual respect among countries, holds sway.
At that meeting, the Chinese leader, Xi Jinping, said his country would not be bullied by any other, and called for an end to what he termed unipolarism.
He however, refrained from publicly naming America and its leader, Trump, as the brains behind the unipolarism.
World leaders from India, Russia, North Korea , Pakistan and Iran, among others, attended the summit in the city of 21 million people.
Apparently reacting to the summit, Trump, in a social.media post, greeted the Chinese leader and urged him to extend his warmest regards to Putin and Kim Jong Un, as they ” conspire against the United States of America.”
Vladimir Viktor Putin is the leader of Russia, while Un is the leader of North Korea, and both countries are regarded as draconian and dictatorial by America and its allies, especially the European Union (EU) which has imposed stiff sanctions on Russia for invading Ukraine.
Trump had handed Putin a deadline, which has now expired, wihin which to seal a peace deal with Ukraine or face stiff sanctions that he did not specify.
America, under Trump, has imposed a 50 per cent punitive tariff regime on India for buying oil from Russia, but held back a similar move against China when Beijing threatened stiff retaliatory actions.
Trump has since being sworn into office on January 20, this year, imposed unilateral sanctions on more than 100 countries.

Landslides: SLA Seeks Support of Global Community
The rebel group, the Sudan Liberation Army (SLA)has called on the international community to provide humanitarian support for victims of the Sunday landslides that wiped out entire villages and consumed in excess of 1,000 residents.
The group made the appeal on Tuesday night as the sheer size of the disaster caused by the slides continues to unfold.
The SLA, which controls the area of Darfur Region of Sudan, is not affiliated to either the rebel Rapid Support Force (RSF) or the Sudanese Army, which is struggling to recover more territories from the RSF.
Most of the victims of the slides were refugees from the two- year war between the Sudanese Government and the RSF.
The slides followed the preceding heavy rains which lashed the remote areas of Marra Mountains, toppling and sweeping away everything in the area.
In one of the most impacted villages, only one person survived the fatal effects of the slides.
There have been no formal response from the international community to the appeal of the SLA .

Mediators Put Forward New Model Of Peace Deal
Qatari officials say that they are putting out a new model in the peace talks between Israeli officials and those of the Palestinian group, Hamas’.
A Qatari official who made this public in Doha on Tuesday night, did not give details of the new model.
At press time, it remained unclear how the new model differs from the last one that Hamas had accepted but which Israel had yet to react to.
Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, who had earlier this year, accepted the last proposal now says that no other proposal would be acceptable to Israel, except the surrender of Hamas, and its full disarmament.
