The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has invited former Minister of Justice and Attorney-General of the Federation,(AGF) Abubakar Malami, SAN.
Confirming the development, Malami said in a statement:
“This is to confirm that I have been invited by the EFCC. As a law-abiding and patriotic citizen, I reaffirm my commitment to honour the invitation.
“I understand the importance of accountability and transparency in public service — principles I have always advocated and championed.
“Guided by these values, I remain committed to keeping Nigerians informed about developments as they unfold.”
