Supreme Leader

Khamenei, in his first broadcast to Iranians since America targeted his country’ s nuclear facilities in Isfahan Natanz and Fordow, and the ceasefire between Israel and Iran came into effect, said Iran was a strong nation of resilient historic people.
Drawing heavy from the historic legacy of Biblical Persia, the forerunner of modern Iran, the Supreme Leader said that any calls for Iran to surrender represented a mockery.
He claimed that Iran attained a comprehensive victory in its war with Israel and dealt a “big slap on the face of America”.
The Ayatollah added that the claims by America and Israel that the nuclear facilities had been mangled were exaggerated and unrealistic.
According to him, not only had the nuclear facilities not been destroyed, Iran would sustain its nuclear programme.
The Ayatollah claimed that America had to intervene in the war to save Israel from military humiliation at the hands of Iran, whose military and citizens he commended for their unity and resistance against Israel and America and their allegedly evil and illegal intention
