Top Private Security Services Nigeria Limited today assured the Nigerian Content Development &Monitoring Board that the one hundred(100)youths who have been trained and empowered through the establishment will not sell the starter packs given to them. Commodore Omatseye Nesiama Rtd gave the assurance on behalf of Top Private Security shortly after the five(5) training/youth empowerment came to an end in Warri.
He said,”These have been trained both in character and learning. They will not sell the starter packs.”
According to Commodore Nesiama,”the training began with understanding the entrepreneurial journey. Most of the feedback we got says that this particular module helped them to appreciate better what it means to be an entrepreneur and what really lies ahead of them.
“They subsequently developed the zeal in pursuing the knowledge required to excel in their identified skills to profitable levels.”
Commodore Nesiama also said,”To further dissuade any black sheep from among them selling their starter packs, we ensured that they practised with the equipment and supplies given to them. By so doing, the marketing value for such items would have been drastically reduced and thus discouraging to sell.”
He added that,to monitor the graduates of the training and empowerment programme,”we encouraged them to create relevant and applicable WhatsApp group. Therein, we intend to continue the engagements well after the training.”
Commodore Nesiama further said Top Private Security Services Nigeria Limited facility is open for hire and capable of catering for all types of training, i.e., top/strategic level, middle level, and lower level trainings.
“The facility has up to 6 training rooms that can accommodate persons ranging from 25 – 200 persons. It also has dining facility, Sickbay, library, computer rooms, emergency and safety provisions and a fully manned control room.”
The climax of the training&youth empowerment programme had in attendance experts who counselled the granduand to make judicious use of the starter packs given to them to become entrepreneurs of no mean repute and better their lives and that of their families and communities.
