The Constitutional Council has announced that President Paul Biya has been reelected President of Cameron.
The reelection is for the eighth term of the President who, at 92, is the oldest living President in the world.
Biya has been in.power since 1982.
The poll had been dogged by crisis, with four persons already killed in clashes between protesters and security men in parts of Yaounde and Douala
