The Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Professor Mahmood Yakubu, has officially commenced his terminal leave.
During a brief handover ceremony held at the commission’s headquarters on Tuesday, Professor Yakubu formally transferred leadership responsibilities to National Commissioner, May Agbamuche.
