Fluminense Football Club of Brazil drew goalless with South African power house, Mamelodi Sundowns tonight, and qualified for the quarterfinals of the FIFA Club World Cup Championship holding in Africa.
By the score, the Sundowns exited the championship after earning four points from from a loss, a win and a draw.
On their part, Fluminense earned five points to qualify from the group with Borusssia Dortmund who got seven points.
The success of Fluminense tonight means that all four Brazilian entries-Flamengo, Botafogo and Palmeras- qualified alongside it.
