Navy Captain Caleb Olubolade (Rtd.), a former Minister of Special Duties and one-time Military Administrator of Bayelsa State, has passed away at the age of 70.
According to a statement released by his family, signed by Akinadewo Olubolade and Dayo Olubolade, the retired naval officer collapsed while playing lawn tennis in Lagos. He was immediately rushed to the Obisesan Naval Medical Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
